Thousands of people started ringing in the New Year with one of Hagerstown's signature treats - a Krumpe's Donut! Once a year Krumpe's Do-Nut Shop celebrates an old German/Pennsylvania Dutch tradition. On Fastnacht Day, the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday, we make a special donut called a Fastnacht that will tempt your taste buds.This year its a little later in the year. A 5K Run/Walk in the city of Hagerstown, Maryland sponsored by Krumpe's Donuts Shop. The event is held the 2nd Friday night of August at 730pm. All proceeds benefit The Wounded Warrior Project. Their mission is to honor and empower wounded warriors.
